What Is Green Stay? HRS Green Stay Initiative provides travelers and corporate partners transparency over sustainability data based on the normalization of hotels environmental footprint metrics, enabling the assessment of the footprint data of hotel stays on property level. HRS hotel partners can report on areas of environmental impact such as carbon, water and waste, and Green Stay aggregates hotel sustainability performance data into the largest database using normalized sustainability data. Green Stay also encourages the businesses to compensate for unavoidable emissions through validated and credible schemes, facilitating the purchase of verified credits according to the gold standard. Find the section on “Knowledge Hub” on this page, and click on “Access Knowledge Hub”. You will be redirected to a registration page where you can set up your user account. Once registered, go to your Dashboard and get started on exploring all the content on the Green Stay Knowledge Hub. HRS Green Stay & Knowledge Hub FAQs Is there a fee to access the Green Stay Knowledge Hub? No. HRS is offering this free solution to support all hotel partners. You do not need to pay to access the Knowledge Hub, and most of the content is available for free as well. As part of the Knowledge Hub, you will also have information on additional learning opportunities, some of which will have separate sign-up fees. Our hotel has not yet joined Green Stay. Can we still access the Knowledge Hub? Yes! All HRS hotel partners, regardless of the current Green Stay status, are welcome to use the Knowledge Hub. Our hotel is already engaged in Green Stay.
